After breakfast, we depart for Rabat, the elegant capital. Walk through the majestic Hassan Tower, admire the ornate Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and wander the charming Oudaya Kasbah with its panoramic view over the ocean. Continuing north, the journey winds through scenic mountain roads and lush valleys until you arrive in Chefchaouen, Morocco’s jewel in the Rif Mountains. Lose yourself in its labyrinth of blue-painted alleys, visit local artisan shops, and climb to the kasbah viewpoint to watch the town glow in the late afternoon light.

Enjoy a leisurely morning in Chefchaouen, soaking up the serene blue streets and tranquil atmosphere. Depart mid-morning for the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Volubilis, where you can wander among ancient Roman ruins and marvel at intricate mosaics and well-preserved columns. Continue to Meknès, another imperial city, where you will see the grand Bab Mansour gate, stroll through bustling squares, and feel the echoes of Morocco’s glorious past. Arrive in Fes in the evening, settling into your riad surrounded by the charm of this cultural capital.

Prepare for a full day exploring Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural heart. With your local guide, wander through winding alleys of the ancient medina, where vibrant souks overflow with spices, textiles, and handmade crafts. Visit the historic Al-Qarawiyyin University, marvel at the ornate architecture of the Attarine Madrasa, and peek into the leather tanneries where centuries-old traditions continue. Stop for panoramic views over the medina, capturing the patchwork of terracotta rooftops below. This day offers a rich immersion into Moroccan history, culture, and daily life.
