By booking a tour with Morocco Dream Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons included in your reservation.
All reservations must be confirmed in writing via email or through our website.
To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit of the total tour price.
The remaining balance must be paid in person before the start of the tour.
Cash payments are accepted in Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, or US Dollars.
For payment in any other currency, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Any request to modify a booking is subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply for changes made after confirmation.
Changes must be requested in writing.
If you wish to cancel your tour, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the date we receive your cancellation notice:
More than 20 days before departure: 100% refund of your deposit
15–20 days before departure: 30% refund of your deposit
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
In the event of circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, terrorism, riots, war, fires, or severe weather conditions, Morocco Dream Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify your trip.
In such cases, we will refund the amount paid, but no additional compensation will be provided.
Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellation, and loss of belongings.
Morocco Dream Tours does not provide any form of insurance.
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the tour and follow any health requirements for Morocco.
Morocco Dream Tours is not responsible for illness, injury, or medical emergencies during the trip.
Any complaint must be reported immediately to our guide or representative during the tour so we can resolve the issue promptly. Complaints made after the tour may be difficult to address.
