Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca – Welcome to Morocco

Arrive in Casablanca, where your private driver will greet you with a warm Moroccan welcome. Transfer to your hotel and relax after your journey. If time allows, marvel at the grandeur of Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, set dramatically against the Atlantic Ocean. Stroll along the bustling Corniche, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy your first Moroccan dinner of flavorful tagine and fresh mint tea.
Overnight in Casablanca.

Day 2: Casablanca → Fes – Crossing into Imperial Morocco

After breakfast, depart Casablanca and travel northeast toward Fes. Pass through scenic towns and landscapes along the way, enjoying glimpses of everyday Moroccan life. Arrive in Fes in the afternoon and settle into your traditional riad. Enjoy a leisurely evening exploring the surroundings, or relax and prepare for the next day’s adventure into the heart of Morocco’s cultural capital.
Overnight in Fes.

Day 3: Fes → Middle Atlas → Merzouga Desert – Journey to the Sands

Leave the medina of Fes behind and travel through the breathtaking Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland,” known for its European-style architecture and manicured streets. Continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, home to playful Barbary macaques. Descend into the Ziz Valley, where lush palm groves line the desert landscape, and the terrain slowly transitions to golden dunes. Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon. Mount camels for a magical sunset trek across Erg Chebbi, watching the sky ignite in shades of orange and red. Settle into your luxury desert camp for an evening of Berber music, local storytelling, and stargazing under a clear desert sky.
Overnight in Merzouga Desert Camp.

Day 4: Sunrise over the Dunes → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley

Wake early to witness a spectacular sunrise over the vast sand dunes, a moment that will stay with you forever. After breakfast, depart the desert and travel westward, passing through small oasis towns and traditional Berber villages. Arrive at Todra Gorge, a stunning canyon carved by nature with cliffs soaring over 300 meters high. Take a leisurely walk along the riverbed, capturing the dramatic scenery on camera. Continue your journey through the scenic “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” arriving in the Dades Valley, where majestic rock formations and winding rivers create a perfect backdrop for your evening.
Overnight in Dades Valley.

Day 5: Dades Valley → Aït Ben Haddou → High Atlas → Marrakech

After breakfast, continue your adventure through the fragrant Valley of Roses, stopping to admire its vibrant fields and local crafts. Drive to Ouarzazate, Morocco’s cinematic city, and explore the famous UNESCO-listed Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah, a fortified village with stunning earthen architecture featured in numerous films. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, where dramatic landscapes and winding roads provide countless photo opportunities. Descend into Marrakech by late afternoon, feeling the energy of the red city with its bustling souks, gardens, and historic squares.
Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 6: Marrakech → Casablanca Airport – Farewell Morocco

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Marrakech, exploring the vibrant souks or the serene Majorelle Gardens before your private transfer to Casablanca Airport. Reflect on your journey through Morocco’s imperial cities, majestic mountains, golden deserts, and historic kasbahs as you prepare for your onward travel.
